Fine Food
All meals are served in our cosy Victorian panelled dining room at individual tables. The atmosphere is elegant but also relaxed and informal.
In 1999 and also 2001 we were proud to accept the Glenturret Distillery/Perthshire Tourist Board award for ‘the most enjoyable meal in Perthshire’. We were nominated for this accolade by many of our guests who enjoyed their meals with us.
We both enjoy cooking and one of our hobbies is searching for new recipes. Prior to running our B&B we owned hotels with award winning restaurants. Now we have pleasure in cooking and serving an a la carte dinner menu with a wide varied choice. All the dishes are individually prepared using fresh produce from Scotland’s larder – we make everything ourselves from the soup at dinner through to the marmalade at breakfast. The breakfast menu has a variety of choices also be it the traditional full Scottish breakfast or a lighter continental choice.
Below is a small sample of just some of the dishes on our dinner menu – the choices of which change according to the season.
